Hand sculpted and cast silver seed heads with sterling findings and an antique patina. Hand finished with a burnished surface and darkened recesses to emphasise the sculptural form.

Many different grasses grow their seeds in my horse paddock and then die off under the hot Australian sun. These survived the attention of the horses for long enough to find their way to me. They evoke the wonderful summer heat that formed them.
