Hand carved sterling silver bracelet

Hand carving silver is a wonderful exercise in patience and mindfulness. It epitomises everything that is great about the ‘slow handmade’ movement. It takes a lot of care, time and effort, but the end result is worth it.

This bracelet was hand carved in my Canberra studio and then polished to a beautiful sheen. The design is organic with a geometric centre surrounded by irregular shapes as the bracelet wraps around the wrist. It is a one-off, custom piece - truly one of a kind.
